The Guilford County Veterans Memorial has a total of 56 slots for memorial bricks that are now available for sale on a first come, first served basis. The location for the bricks are around the flagpole pad where there are existing bricks in place.

Memorial bricks cost $250 each and are tax deductible under this 501(c)(3) project. Bricks must be ordered one at a time using this form.

DIRECTIONS
Each brick will be engraved with maximum of three lines.
Each line has a total of 18 characters including spaces.

*NEW: You may now include a brief bio and photo of the person honored on this brick. These items will be displayed on the same page as your brick. Please use the form below to optionally submit a digital photo and biography (preferably in Word) to be included on the website.
