Biography
Originally from Staten Island, New York, Frederick Bohrer Jr. later established a meaningful personal and professional connection to Greensboro, North Carolina, through his marriage to Judith Ingram of Greensboro.
Following his military service on the Korean peninsula, he pursued higher education and built a distinguished civilian career in music and education. He earned degrees from Wagner College and New York University, and went on to serve as an associate professor of music, dedicating his life to teaching and the arts.
Frederick Bohrer Jr. passed away in 1971 at the age of 40.
